Charles Smith has a long and storied history in the real estate industry

Storied because his family history in the industry spans 5 generations of real estate investors that we know of. His mother was a real estate broker and his grandmother was a real estate investor. His great grandmother, also an investor, owned real estate in the south when a woman owning real estate was a difficult thing to do. Even more impressive, his great great grandmother owned property and ensured that each of her 11 children owned their own property

His understanding of real estate is a deep seeded knowledge earned by sitting in his family real estate office afterschool and listening to what was going on. How deals were made and how realtors treated clients.

When he first had a conversation with his family about the potential of creating a safe space for people to come to and meet with licensed real estate professionals on the web, they thought it was brilliant. The journey to get it developed took 2 years but in the end he created a website that was clearly designed by a person interested in providing a safe and comfortable space for a client to engage, be comfortable, meet a good fit for their needs and have the ability to control the conversation and the interaction to meet their individual standards
