Answer a quick set of questions (about 1-2 minutes). We compare your answers to agent profiles and show you compatible options. You’ll only be introduced if you say “yes.”

Only after you choose to be introduced to a particular agent. Until then, your details stay private.

We create a mutually agreed upon introduction we will provide you with a short summary of why you matched, the agents contact details, and we will arrange for the two of you to have a chat through our in website chat engine. This will allow you to setup a time to meetup outside of the site.

For Agents

You participate by simply joining our site. REALTY PAIRS is free to join and it is free for you to look at the available client transactions. We ask you a few questions and create from your answers a free profile that will allow you to introduce yourself to clients in your market area. All of this is absolutely no charge to you. When you find a person you would like to meet because the transaction is a fit for your style you select our connection request button and if they respond with yes, letting us know that they want to meet you, we make the introduction after you pay to unlock that profile.

At the time you want to unlock a client profile you pay a fee to complete the unlock. Once you are introduced to a client there is never a fee to meet that client again. You may choose as many or as few introductions as you like. This allows you to build your business at a speed that works for you. It also allows you to spend your time wisely because you are not calling multiple people hoping for one person who's interested. You are connecting immediately with someone who is ready for a transaction and wants you to be their agent.

There are no other requirements once you have paid for the introduction your transaction is complete. We are not like the other sites.

  • You do not send your clients through a website you have no control of.
  • You do not need to commit to buying a territory.

The clients have come to REALTY PAIRS specifically for an introduction to an agent or broker who will assist them with their transaction. This is far different from someone who glanced at a property a few times, or was just inquisitive about a certain websites process. Our clients, their intentions, and the transaction they're entering into have been confirmed through our patent pending system.

Our policy is to issue a credit if a client is really not a match for you as an agent. We ask you to notify us within the first seven business days and allow us to step in and attempt to mediate whether or not the relationship can be saved. If both sides or either side determine they would prefer not to continue we will issue our agents and brokers a full credit, allowing them to meet another client.

REALTY PAIRS is an introduction website where both clients and agents come together to meet one another. You’ll see profiles you’re interested in first and understand the transactions clients are looking for.
